Anywhere First Aid Terms & Condition's
We take all students health and safety as our #1 priority during our classes.
DUE TO THE CURRENT CLIMATE, if you are experiencing any illnesses, please do not attend the class. Instead contact us ASAP on 0429188097, to speak with us regarding your options to re-schedule.
If you attend with any signs of illness, we will ask you to re-schedule to an alternative class when you are feeling well again, for the health and safety of your fellow students. Fees may apply, however this will be assessed on a case by case basis.
In addition to adhering to our normal sanitation guidelines, we are currently accepting only small size classes in order to accommodate social distancing practices, supplying you with your very own take-home bandage, practising bandaging on manikins instead of fellow students, keeping up to date with the latest COVID-19 Guidelines and more.
If you have any concerns prior to the class, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us to discuss further. We are happy to work with you to accommodate.
General Policy:
As part of booking you consent to the Email and Social Media reminders. Let us know if you want to opt out at training@anywherefirst.com.au
In the instance of an emergency circumstance, please contact training@anywherefirst.com.au or 0429188097 to discuss your options. Each instance is reviewed case by case. Additional documentation/evidence of emergency may be requested (i.e Doctors or carers certificate).
A non-refundable deposit is required to book your course. The non-refundable deposit cost may vary depending on course selection. Please see booking page/course information pages for the amount.
Remainder of balance is required to be paid in full within 24 hours from time of invoice sent, in order to participate in class and receive certificate.
Tax invoices can be provided on request.
Refunds requests must be submitted to training@anywherefirstaid.com.au
If eligible, the funds will be returned to the account that was used when booking the class.
Eligibility reasons are reviewed on a case by case basis.
In the unforeseen event that a class is cancelled by Anywhere First Aid Training at any time prior to class commencement, students have the option of re-booking to another agreed upon date or receiving a full refund of the course fee paid. No additional refunds will be provided for any expenses the student has or will incur (inc. travel expenses, loss of wages etc)
Certificates cannot be issued until all requirements are fulfilled.
Should an unforeseen circumstance happen, please note course dates and start times are subject to change without notice
Only one special offer can be redeemed per booking.
All Students will be enrolled with Healthguard First Aid, RTO 21156 which will be responsible for the quality of training and assessment provided and for the issuing of Statements of Attainment for the units of competency on its scope.
Training and assessment will be conducted by Anywhere First Aid under Healthguard First Aid responsibility and direction.
Cancellation Fees:
For classes being held further than 25km's from 2489 (Due to additional trainer expenses):
More than 72 hr before the course start time = Full Refund minus deposit
Less than 72 hr before the course start time = No Refund
No Attendance = No Refund
Late Arrival = No Refund
For classes being held within 25km's from 2489:
More than 48 hr before the course start time = Full Refund minus deposit
Less than 48 hr before the course start time = No Refund
No Attendance = No Refund
Late Arrival = No Refund
Reschedule Fees:
For classes being held further than 25km's from 2489:
More than 72 hr before the course start time = No rescheduling fees
Less than 48 hr before the course start time = $10
For classes being held within 25km's from 2489:
More than 48 hr before the course start time = No rescheduling fees
Less than 48 hr before the course start time = $10
**FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY** No rescheduling fee if you reschedule your class, AND have a friend sign up in your place for your original booked class instead!
